At CCGW, we're all about Jesus. We focus on the love He showed during His earthly life, where He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil (Acts 10:38).
Jesus went to the cross in our place and paid the price for our sin (1 Peter 2:24). At the cross, He finished His redemptive work by becoming our substitute and dying our death (Romans 5:15). For those who believe in Him and receive His sacrifice, He gives right standing with the Father and eternal life with Him (John 3:16).
Our eternal life starts the moment we receive Jesus as our Lord and Savior. But it's not just about the afterlife it's about living life here on earth victoriously in and through Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:57). And although we are not immune from trouble in this world (John 16:33), knowing that God is with us and fighting our battles, gives us great peace and unspeakable joy (Philippians 4:7).
